Latest News
- Tinsel and tea-towels at the ready, it's Nativity season again. Our Year One and Two children will be performing twice- on Tuesday 10th December at 2pm and Wednesday 11th December at 6pm. Our Reception children will be performing on Thursday 12th December at 2pm. If you have requested tickets then you will have received the slip back saying which performance and how many seats you have been allocated (no 'proper' tickets this year, we're saving paper). If you want to check or haven't asked for any yet then please call the school office or call in to see Mrs Hill, who has an impressive spreadsheet.
- Safety is always a primary concern. Fire regulations tell us how many seats we can safely have in the hall. We cannot go over this so please don't be surprised if you want extra tickets and we have to say 'sorry, there's no more room at the inn'.
- Please don't move seats to get a better view or stand on benches etc. We have to keep routes to the fire exits clear, just in case.
- When watching the performances, please remember many of our children have little voices so listen carefully and if you bring younger ones then some sweets or raisins to keep them quiet will really help.
- It's official! We said a short goodbye to Kirklees on 31st October and became the 12th school to fully join Learning Accord Multi-Academy Trust on 1st November 2024.
- The Ofsted report fropm our two day inspection in July 2024 is now available. You can read it here https://www.earlsheatoninfants.co.uk/kgfl/primary/earlsheatonpri/site/pages/keyinformation/ofsted.
- Please make sure you download the Reach More Parents App to receive all updates and important information. Go to the App or Android Store and search for 'Weduc'. Mrs Hill in the Office can give you a new password if needed.
- Also download and connect to Class Dojo for direct updates and photos of the things your child's class is doing. You can also directly message the class teacher (they will reply in 'office hours' so please don't expect a reply late at night). Class Dojo will be used for by staff for updates on class activities. All school-wide notifications about first aid, parents evenings etc will now be sent on Reach More Parents, so please ensure you sign up to both.
